I'm not happy that my owner has posted this photo of a part of me that I consider private! She wanted to tell you all that I came in one morning last week with a very large swelling thanks to a clegg bite that must have become infected so I had to have anti-biotics for 4 days to make it better. The good thing about this was that I was not going to eat the nasty stuff unless it was disguised with yummy molasses. Heaven! Molasses in eight of my meals. Almost worth getting bitten for every week! Anyway, you will be pleased to know I am back to my normal, cheerful self (until I saw this photo). I now have to suffer the indignity of this yellow gunk being smeared on whenever I go out in the hope that the flies will feast on some other unfortunate equine.
I feel your pain. I too have fly bites on my delicate personal places. No need for meds this time round.
